Parish Registration Form
If you are new to the parish you’ll need to fill-out a Parish Registration Form with details of your name, address, telephone number, email address, any children (with details of their date of birth, school attended and Sacraments received). You will also be asked if you are interested in being involved in parish activities (e.g. Eucharistic Adoration, Choir) and any gifts you may wish to share with the parish (e.g. Altar Server, Reader, Catechist). Gift Aid Declaration
Gift Aid increases the value of donations made to the parish by allowing the Westminster Roman Catholic Diocesan Trust, a charity (no. 233699), to reclaim basic rate tax on your gift. If you pay higher rate tax you can claim extra relief on your donations. If you claim age-related allowances or tax credits, Gift Aid donations can sometimes increase your entitlement. Bankers Order
A Bankers Order is a simple way of making a regular donation to the parish.
